Message

Message is one of short functional text. Message is used to inform someone to do something or inform him/her by leave a short text (if we can’t meet them directly), called message. It can be written on a small paper, or by sending the message (SMS).

Or  the short text left due to the person that we mean, not staying. So, we can leave a message for him/her. A message usual uses the simple present or and simple future tense.

These are examples of messages:

 

Dear Jack,

Sorry, I can’t go with you to see the football match.

I have to pick up my sister at the railway station.

Now, I’m on the way there.
