Giving Instruction

Instruction, means ask something to do. Giving instruction usually begin with infinitive without to (verb base). To make an instruction, we must make a polite sentence with use the word ‘please’ so the instruction sounds more politely. Word ‘please’ can be placed at the beginning or at the end of the sentence.
Here are some examples of sentences giving instruction:
-     Open the window, please.
-     Please put my book there.
-     Sit down please.
-     Read the rules first.
-     Please show your ID.
-     Please take off your shoes before enter.

If we don’t use verb to command, we can use be + adjective. As examples:
-     Be careful!.
-     Be honestly.
-     Be on time!.

When we forbid someone to do something, we can use don’t + infinitive (without to) or, don’t + be + adjective. As examples:
-     Don’t make a cheat.
-     Don’t be late.
-     Don’t be noisy!.
